Terms of use

These terms are between you and Self-Deprecated ApS, Aarhus, Denmark (CVR 46298446), which makes 10 & 2. By using 10 & 2 you agree to them.
Driving comes first
10 & 2 is made to be used by voice. When you're driving, keep your eyes on the road and your hands on the wheel, don't handle your phone, and follow the law where you are. Don't use 10 & 2 when it would distract you from driving safely.
Your account
You need a Self Deprecated account. Keep it to yourself; you're responsible for what's done with it. You can delete it at any time in the app or on your account page.
Your computers and what Driver does on them
When you connect a computer, you let 10 & 2 read your coding agents' threads on it and, as far as the connector's settings on that computer allow, act on them: send replies, start work, settle, snooze or archive threads. Driver acts only after you confirm. You're responsible for what you confirm and for the code and systems your coding agents work on. Use 10 & 2 only with computers and accounts you're allowed to use this way.
Fair use
Don't use 10 & 2 to break the law, to harm others, to get around its limits, to probe or overload our service, or in breach of OpenAI's usage policies, which apply to what you say to its models.
Credits and payments
Cloud conversations use credits, priced before you buy them. Credits don't expire while your account exists, and aren't refundable except where the law requires it. If you use your own OpenAI key, OpenAI bills you for its use directly under your agreement with them.
Beta
10 & 2 is new and in testing. It will change, it may be unavailable at times, and Driver can mishear or be wrong: check what matters before you confirm it. We may end the beta or change what's offered.
Liability
10 & 2 is provided as it is. As far as Danish law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what your coding agents do with instructions you confirmed, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Ending
You can stop using 10 & 2 and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
Law
Danish law applies, and the Danish courts decide disputes, without taking away the protection of the law where you live as a consumer.
